Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading, purchasing, or using Peptide Clarity, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Educational purpose only

Peptide Clarity provides curated educational summaries and tools for recording information you enter. It is not a medical device, healthcare service, pharmacy, prescriber, diagnosis tool, or substitute for a licensed healthcare professional. The app does not recommend products, sources, dosing, combinations, or treatment decisions.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical conditions, medicines, side effects, pregnancy, contraindications, interactions, and changes to care. For an emergency, contact local emergency services. Do not delay professional care because of app content.

3. Content limitations

Medical and regulatory information changes. We aim to use authoritative sources and distinguish FDA-approved uses from investigational evidence, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Product labeling and advice from qualified professionals control over any summary.

4. Subscriptions and trial

Peptide Clarity may offer monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions and an introductory trial to eligible customers. The App Store shows the exact localized price, trial eligibility, billing period, and offer terms before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple manages billing, renewal, refunds, eligibility, and restoration. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. After access expires, the app may retain read-and-export access to existing personal records while restricting paid editing features.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for information you enter, device and Apple Account security, lawful use, and independent verification of information before acting on it. Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or use its content to provide unlicensed medical care.

6. Intellectual property

The app's software, design, branding, and original editorial presentation belong to Ethan Acevedo or applicable licensors. Source publications and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Your personal records remain yours.

7. Availability and termination

Features may change, experience interruptions, or depend on Apple services such as iCloud, notifications, authentication, and the App Store. We may suspend misuse or discontinue the app, subject to applicable law and Apple's rules.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of medical accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Ethan Acevedo is not liable for treatment decisions, health outcomes, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

9. Apple terms

Your use is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable. Apple is not responsible for Peptide Clarity support.
